Our usual processing time for each order is 5-7 business days for bundle orders. Wig orders that are MADE TO ORDER including custom wigs (meaning they are not Ready to Ship) has a processing time of 7-17 business days. Processing times do NOT include weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19, there may be 1-3 extra processing time delay.
Our shipping time is 2-3 business days via USPS. You may receive your order prior but it is advised that you give yourself enough time to receive your package. We want to make sure you get your package as soon as we are able to send it out. We do not rush orders.
Please keep in mind that all orders over $100 REQUIRE a signature. If you will not be available, you can request the package to be delivered to your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Due to health regulations, there is a 100% no return policy unless you were sent an incorrect item. We thoroughly check each item to ensure that it is up to par for our customers. However, we will gladly exchange hair for an equal value if we make an error. This does not apply to any hair that have been unpackaged, chemically treated or used. The hair must be in resale condition in order to eligible for an exchange. If you have to exchange an item for errors on our end, return fees are not covered.
Currently we accept Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. We do not have any access to your personal information with the use of Paypal.
