Hair Details

How many bundles do I need for a full head?


We suggest 3 bundles for a full head. For frontal installation, we suggest 2-3 bundles depending on the length (For bobs, you only need 2 bundles). For lengths longer than 24", 4 bundles are recommended. Otherwise, you can use your own discretion based off of the fullness that you may desire.




Can I color the hair?


Absolutely! We highly suggest that if you are not a Licensed Cosmetologist or a hair professional to not color the hair yourself. Overprocessing the hair can cause damage and result in poor quality and shorter longevity.




How long does the hair and/or wig last?


Our hair and custom wigs lasts 1-3 years with proper care.




Does the hair shed?


Yes, the hair does shed because all human hair sheds. However, very little strands come out when brushing the hair due to our hair being cutically aligned which lessens shedding and tangling. Please be sure to follow our recommended hair care for best results.




How do I measure my head for a wig?


Purchase a flat measuring tape and follow the measurement guidelines below. Our wigs come in small (21-21.5), medium (22-22.5) and large (23-23.5).




What is the difference between a Custom Wig, Ready to Ship Wig and Pre-Made Wig?


A custom wig is a machine-made unit that has your exact measurements. You choose your exact lengths, styling, color, etc. We are currently not excepting custom wigs orders at this time unless you provide your own hair. A Made to Order wig are the signature wigs that we have on our site (Bob, Bella, etc). They come exactly as pictured and no changes are able to be made. The measurements used are based on a universal size chart for the sizes Small, Medium and Large. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements. A Ready to Ship wig is a machine-made unit that comes ready to wear with an elastic bad. No changes can be made. The wig will ship the next business day. A pre-made wig is a machine-made unit that comes with an elastic band and three combs. The measurements used are based on a universal size chart for the sizes Small, Medium and Large. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements.





Shipping Policies

What is your return/exchange policy?


Due to health regulations, there is a 100% no return policy unless you were sent an incorrect item or damaged product. We thoroughly check each item to ensure that it is up to par for our customers. If there is an issue made on our end, we will make efforts to relieve the issue. We will gladly exchange hair for an equal value if we make an error. (This does not apply to any hair that have been unpackaged, chemically treated or used. The hair must be in resale condition in order to eligible for an exchange.) However, we are not responsible for accidental purchases or incorrect measurements provided for wigs purchases. If there happens to be an issue with the fit of a wig due to inaccurate measurements, the wig can be remade for a fee. In the instance of a return, if any, return fees are not covered.




When will I recieve a tracking number?


Typical delivery after our processing time takes 2-3 business days for wig purchases and 3-5 business days for products depending on your location. Please note that processing times do not include holidays or weekends. You will recieve a tracking number once your order is shipped through USPS. If you have not received a tracking number, your order has not shipped.




When will my bundle deal order arrive?


Bundle orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days not including holidays or weekends. Due to COVID-19 shipping delays, there may be an additional 1-3 business days of processing time. The shipping time is 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.




Can I change my order details?


If you need to change shipping information about your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing an order. No changes can be made after 24 hours and we do not cancel orders as we work to fulfill them as soon as they are receieved.




When will my Made to Order wig or Custom Wig order arrive?


All wigs on the site are Made to Order unless specified as a Ready to Ship unit or a Pre-made unit. The processing time is 7-21 business days and the shipping time is 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Due to COVID-19 shipping delays, some orders may be extended 1-3 business days. If you have not recieved a tracking number, your order has not shipped yet. We do not rush orders. Keep in mind the processing time before placing an order. We are only accepting Custom Wig orders if you provide your own hair. Book service here.




Do you rush orders?


Unfortunately, we do not rush orders. Please keep in mind of the processing time for your product to ensure that you will receive it by your desired date.
